What belongs elsewhere

Anything about an order that has been placed: delivery, a refund, a pack that arrived short. Money, delivery and returns all happen at the retail partner's checkout rather than here, so the order confirmation you received is the fastest route to that help. We genuinely cannot look an order up, because orders do not pass through this site.
