How We Keep This Catalogue Current
The catalogue was last updated on August 26, 2026. That date covers prices and availability across every shelf, and it is printed here and nowhere else, so there is exactly one place to check how fresh the figures are.
What a pass refreshes
- Prices, on a schedule. The figures on cards are the figures from our last update.
- Availability. A pack with no live price is shown as Currently unavailable and comes back by itself when stock returns.
- Family ratings and review counts, pooled once per product family.
If a figure here and the figure at checkout disagree, the checkout is right. A price becomes binding there and only there.
What we check by hand
Photographs are reviewed by eye before they go up, against the pack they stand beside. Counts and sizes in the guides are checked against the product data, and the per-piece arithmetic is recomputed at every build rather than typed in once and forgotten.

Anchor It! - preventing furniture and TV tip-overs
read by us on August 26, 2026The commission runs a standing campaign on anchoring furniture and televisions to the wall, and a federal stability rule for clothing storage units took effect on September 1, 2023. Hanging hardware is not anchoring hardware: a picture hook holds a frame, not a dresser.

Small Parts Ban and Choking Hazard Labeling
read by us on August 26, 2026Products intended for children under three may not contain small parts, and certain products for older children must carry a choking hazard warning. Beads, brads, jump rings and party favours are adult craft and decor supplies, and we describe them as such.

Disclosures 101: endorsements and material connections
read by us on August 26, 2026A financial relationship behind a recommendation must be disclosed plainly, where the reader will see it. Our affiliate disclosure and the line in the footer follow that guidance on every page.
