These terms cover myhotop.com. Using the site means reading it, following its links and checking its figures, and these terms are written for exactly that.

What this site is

This is the Hotop catalogue: our packs, our counts, our photographs and our guides, arranged so a buyer can decide without opening forty tabs. It is a reference, not a checkout. Our retail partner takes the payment, ships the pack and handles any return. None of that happens here. A contract of sale is formed there, on their terms, and not here.

Prices and availability

Prices on this site are the figures from our last update, and the date of that update is printed on the page that explains our routine. A price can move between updates. If the figure here and the figure at checkout ever disagree, the checkout is right, and the checkout is the only place a price becomes binding.

A pack shown as Currently unavailable is one we keep in the catalogue while it is out of stock. It returns to the shelves when it returns to stock.

Accuracy

Counts, sizes and colours are taken from our own product data, and the arithmetic in our guides is shown so you can check it. When we get something wrong and learn of it, we correct the page. What we do not do is guarantee that every figure is current at the moment you read it; that is what the update date is for.

Intellectual property

The text and layout of this site belong to us. Product photographs show Hotop products. Nothing here grants a licence to republish either.
